Two genuinely different services. The right one depends on your fabric and lining:
- On-site steam cleaning — curtains cleaned while still hanging; spray-extraction or steam system injects solution, draws dust and soil back out, finishes with a high-temperature steam pass. Quick, no take-down. Ideal for washable, water-safe fabrics.
- Take-down dry cleaning — curtains carefully unhooked, taken off-site, dry-cleaned with solvents, pressed and rehung. The safer route for delicate, lined, pleated or dimension-sensitive fabrics (silk, certain blackout linings, heavy interlined drapes) that can shrink, watermark or lose their hang if wet-cleaned on the rail.
