By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or engaging The Property Masters for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
The Property Masters provides interior design, wellness, and property maintenance services in Dubai and the wider UAE. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in the individual service agreement or quotation agreed upon with each client. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service offering at any time without prior notice.
All quotations are provided in good faith based on information supplied at the time of enquiry and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service agreement and the required deposit payment. Quotations do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by The Property Masters.
Payment terms, milestones, and accepted methods are specified in your individual service agreement. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work in the event of outstanding payments.
Cancellation terms are governed by our Refund Policy and any specific conditions in your service agreement. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on cancellation windows and applicable charges.
Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions applicable to completed works are specified in your individual service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable UAE law.
All designs, drawings, concepts, and creative works produced by The Property Masters remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received, at which point agreed deliverables are transferred to the client as specified in the service agreement. Our website content, branding, and materials may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, The Property Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
