Education & School Facilities Management in Dubai

Facilities Management for Schools and Nurseries, Where Safety Is the Brief

Education buildings carry a duty that ordinary commercial premises do not: hundreds or thousands of children moving through the same space every day. That single fact reshapes every FM decision — from when work is done, to who is allowed on site, to how quickly a hazard is closed out. We structure FM for schools and nurseries around safeguarding first and presentation second.

The realities of running an education estate

• Safeguarding and access control — maintenance teams share a building with minors; works are sequenced around safeguarding with appropriate screening expectations, supervised access and a strong default toward off-hours and holiday scheduling for anything disruptive
• Life-safety at scale — fire and life-safety systems aligned to Civil Defence requirements, with escape routes, alarms and emergency lighting on a disciplined planned inspection cycle
• Reliable cooling — HVAC maintained ahead of the UAE summer so classrooms are functional on day one of term
• Integrated hard and soft services — clean classrooms, working washrooms and a responsive helpdesk from the same coordinated site team

Working within the UAE education framework

Schools and nurseries here answer to:

• KHDA in Dubai
• ADEK in Abu Dhabi
• Municipal and Civil Defence requirements across the seven emirates

Our CAFM-driven PPM, transparent SLAs and auditable records are built so the facilities evidence is ready when an inspection asks for it — and so your leadership team has a single accountable contact rather than a scatter of suppliers.

We are a 2025-founded UAE company that wins on clarity and responsiveness, not on scale. Request a site survey for your school or nursery, in any of the seven emirates. Call +971 50 928 5264 or visit the Facilities Management hub.
