Bathroom Plumbing Services in Dubai

The Property Masters handles all bathroom plumbing across Dubai — from a dripping mixer or running WC to installing showers, basins, concealed cisterns and waste systems in a full renovation. Our qualified plumbers fix the small annoyances and carry out the proper first-fix and second-fix work behind a new bathroom, so fittings sit level, seal cleanly and don't leak later. We work closely with our bathroom interior design team on renovations. Every job is a fixed quote after inspection, by qualified plumbers, subject to +5% VAT.

From a dripping tap to a full bathroom refit

Bathroom plumbing covers two very different jobs, and we do both properly — repair and replacement work, and the installation work behind a renovation that keeps a new bathroom watertight.

Bathroom plumbing we carry out

  • Taps and mixers — supply and install basin, bath and shower mixers; fix drips, stiff handles and low flow at source.
  • Showers — shower valves, mixers, rails and heads; we trace weak or fluctuating flow to the real cause, whether that's pressure, the valve or scale.
  • WCs and concealed cisterns — install and repair close-coupled and wall-hung WCs, fix running and weak-flushing cisterns, service concealed in-wall cisterns.
  • Basins, baths and waste — set level and sealed, install and clear traps and waste pipes so they drain cleanly and don't smell.
  • Concealed pipework (first fix) — supply and waste runs set out and pressure-checked before tiling in a renovation.
  • Leak and seal repairs — re-sealing around baths, trays and basins, and fixing failed joints behind persistent damp.

Renovating a bathroom? Get the plumbing right first

In a bathroom renovation the plumbing decisions are easiest to fix before the tiles go on.

  • Mixer position, WC height, shower waste fall, cistern placement — all first-fixed and pressure-tested while walls are open.
  • Coordination with design and tiling so the finished room matches the plan.
  • We link directly with our bathroom interior design team so plumbing and the look are planned together, not fought over on site.

Why concealed work is worth doing properly

The parts you can't see cause the expensive problems.

  • Wrong waste fall — smells and drains slowly.
  • Cistern without proper access — nightmare to service later.
  • Supply joint not pressure-tested before tiling — can weep behind a finished wall for months.

A leak behind new tiling means tracing it with leak detection and opening up work you've just paid for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you fit out the plumbing for a full bathroom renovation?

Yes. We carry out the first-fix — setting out and pressure-testing the supply and waste pipework, the concealed cistern position and the shower waste fall before tiling — and the second-fix, installing the mixers, WC, basin, bath and shower once the room is finished. We coordinate this with our bathroom interior design team so the plumbing and the finished look are planned together rather than clashing on site.

Why does my bathroom mixer keep dripping even after tightening?

A drip that comes back after tightening usually means a worn cartridge or seal inside the mixer, not a loose handle — over-tightening just damages it further. Our plumbers replace the failed part or, where the mixer is past its life, fit a new one properly so it seals at low and high pressure. We fix the cause rather than masking the symptom.

My wall-hung WC or concealed cistern is faulty — can you access it?

Yes. Concealed and wall-hung cisterns are built into the wall and need careful access through the service panel or flush plate. We service and repair the fill and flush valves inside them, fix running and weak-flushing cisterns, and where a cistern was originally fitted without proper access we sort that out so it can be maintained in future without breaking tiling.

How do you stop a new bathroom from leaking later?

By getting the hidden work right before the tiles go on. We pressure-test the concealed supply joints, set the correct fall on the waste so it drains and doesn't smell, and seal the baths, trays and basins properly. Most bathrooms that leak after a renovation fail at a joint or seal that was never tested — which is exactly the work we don't skip.

How much does bathroom plumbing cost in Dubai?

It depends entirely on the job — a single mixer swap is very different from a full bathroom first-fix. Work starts from our standard call-out, from AED 150, and larger jobs are quoted as a fixed price after we've seen the bathroom, subject to +5% VAT. We give you the real scope after inspection rather than quoting one fitting and discovering more once work starts.
