What we make and who it is for
We make outdoor seating for villa owners with a garden or pool deck, apartment owners with a balcony, and anyone with a covered terrace or rooftop to furnish. Because the work is made to order, a set can follow the shape of your space instead of leaving gaps or overhanging an edge.

- Villa garden seating areas, laid out around the garden: sun lounger positions, a shaded corner, a fire-pit zone. We work from a site plan or a visit.

Outdoor cushions and re-upholstery
Cushions are usually the first thing to fail on outdoor furniture, and one of the easiest to replace.
- New cushion sets are made to your existing frame dimensions: seat pads, back cushions and bolsters in outdoor-grade fabric.
- Re-upholstery. If your frame is sound but the fabric or foam has degraded, we strip and replace it with outdoor-appropriate materials, which is usually far more economical than replacing the furniture.
- Cushion fill. Quick-dry reticulated foam is our standard. Water drains through, so there is no soaking and no mould, which standard polyester fill cannot match.
Materials we use
The material choice is the most important decision in outdoor furniture for Dubai.
Frames
- Teak. The benchmark outdoor timber: dense, rich in natural oils and resistant to rot and moisture. It needs periodic oiling to keep its colour and weathers to silver-grey if left alone, which some clients prefer. We use it where it is justified.
- Powder-coated aluminium. Lightweight, rust-proof and UV-stable, and the most practical choice for balcony and pool-side furniture. The powder coat is specified for outdoor use, not standard indoor lacquer.
- All-weather rope or synthetic rattan. A high-density polyethylene weave over an aluminium frame. It is UV-stabilised and does not crack or fade as quickly as cheap PVC rattan, and it is the standard for modern outdoor sofas and loungers.
- Marine-grade plywood. For a built-in bench or joinery element that needs a wood-adjacent look, under an exterior-grade finish.
Fabrics and fill
- Solution-dyed acrylic. The industry standard for outdoor upholstery: UV-resistant, water-resistant, fade-resistant and mould-resistant.
- UV and water-resistant polyester weave. A more economical fabric that suits covered terraces and is less durable in direct sun.
- Quick-dry reticulated foam. Open-cell foam that drains immediately, the right fill for anything that sees rain or pool splash.
Dubai considerations
Dubai's outdoor conditions are demanding. Summer sun is intense for months, sand and dust settle on everything, coastal homes see occasional high humidity, and the daily heat cycle degrades low-quality materials fast. Metal frames can get very hot in direct sun, so we talk about shade and cushions on pool decks. Furniture meant for a covered terrace can use lighter materials than a set facing full sun all day.
Apartment balconies are small and fully exposed, so free-standing pieces that can be moved are usually the practical choice. Small balconies in Dubai apartments are often under-used because standard furniture does not fit them.

- L-shape corner benches, which make the most of a square corner, built in or free-standing.

How the job runs
- Consultation and measure. We visit or work from your plan, measure the space and talk through use, style and budget.
- Material choice. We recommend frame and fabric for your conditions: sun, shade, coast, pool splash.
- Design and quote. You receive the layout and specification, and a quote after the consultation.
- Making. Frames are built and cushions are cut and sewn once you approve.
- Delivery and placement. The pieces are delivered, placed and checked against the plan.

What drives the cost
- Frame material. Teak costs considerably more than powder-coated aluminium or synthetic rope, and we advise the right material for your context and budget.
- Size. A large villa garden set involves more material and labour than a two-seat balcony bench.
- Cushion specification. Solution-dyed acrylic fabric and quick-dry foam cost more than standard polyester, and the longer life in Dubai conditions justifies it.
- Built-in or free-standing. Built-in seating involves more site work.
- Re-upholstery or new. Replacing cushions on an existing frame is considerably less work than a full new set.
