The Property Masters designs and builds bespoke wardrobes across Dubai — hinged, sliding and full walk-in dressing rooms — made to measure for your room. We plan the internal organisation that actually fits your wardrobe, quality panel finishes and soft-close hardware, integrated lighting and mirrors, and moisture-resistant construction built for Dubai's humidity. A fitted wardrobe uses every centimetre a freestanding one wastes, and looks built-in rather than bought. Each wardrobe is priced per project, with an indicative quote after a free site visit, subject to +5% VAT.
A freestanding wardrobe wastes the gaps around it and rarely suits the room; a fitted wardrobe is built to your exact space, floor to ceiling, wall to wall, so there's no dead space above or beside it and no wasted internal volume. It also looks built-in rather than bought, reading as part of the room. For most Dubai bedrooms — where storage is at a premium and ceiling height is often generous — a made-to-measure fitted wardrobe is the single best storage decision, which is why we design every one around the specific room.
The right type depends on your space and how you use it:
We advise on which suits your room rather than pushing one type, and size each to fit.
The inside is where a wardrobe is won or lost. We design the internal layout around what you own — the right balance of double and full-height hanging, drawers, adjustable shelving, dedicated shoe storage, and pull-outs and organisers for accessories. Hanging is set at proper heights, drawers run on soft-close runners, and the layout is planned so everything has a place. A wardrobe that looks good but is badly organised inside fails daily; getting the interior right is the whole point of going bespoke.
The finish sets the look and the longevity. We work with quality engineered panels — the AGT and EGGER tier widely specified in Dubai — in a range of looks: wood veneer, painted and lacquered fronts, textured laminates, matte and high-gloss, and mirrored or glass doors. Hardware matters as much as the panel: soft-close hinges and runners from the recognised tier (Blum and equivalents) stop doors and drawers slamming and keep the wardrobe feeling solid for years rather than rattling loose.
Dubai's humidity is hard on storage, and a wardrobe built without it in mind suffers — boards swell, edges lift and clothes pick up damp and musty smells. We specify moisture-resistant board and properly edge-sealed panels so the structure stands up to humidity, design in ventilation so air moves rather than sits, and keep wardrobes off cold external walls where condensation forms. It's the difference between a wardrobe that lasts and one that warps within a couple of years in a Dubai apartment.
The finishing touches make a wardrobe a pleasure to use. We integrate LED lighting — strip lighting in hanging and shelf zones, and sensor lights that come on as the door opens — so you can actually see what you own. Integrated mirrors, whether mirrored doors or a dedicated dressing mirror, complete a walk-in or dressing zone and bounce light around the room. Both are wired and built in cleanly rather than added on afterwards.
Wardrobes are made to measure, so there's no flat rate — a single sliding wardrobe and a full walk-in dressing room are very different builds. After a free site visit we give an indicative quote covering design, panels, hardware, internals and installation, subject to +5% VAT. Wardrobes are often designed alongside a master bedroom or kids' room, sit within our full interior design service, and can be delivered within a complete fit-out.
